Your BizX member community has grown over the last number of years and as we do, we want to make sure that we are all aligned within a vibrant and fair business network where we can all support one another. That is why we find it is time to reinvent our shared BizXperience with two new resources!
Thanks to feedback from so many members of the BizX community, we are happy to deliver the updated BizX Member Guidelines to ensure we are fostering the best possible experience for all involved. This resource reflects back on a key tenet of the BizX member community: When all members embrace our purpose through trust and common courtesy, the BizXperience is improved for all. Here, you will find the responsibilities of buyers, sellers, quality of work inquiries and everything in-between, ensuring that this business community remains sustainable and sound.
As teased at the end of our last post, we are thrilled to establish the BizXperience Resolution Desk for all members. Not to sound cliché, but with time being our most precious commodity (followed by BizX dollars 😉) we understand that when it comes to navigating to solutions, resolving problems, or learning something new, you want it accomplished pronto! The resolution desk is here to do that. We are excited about this new function and look forward to assisting you and your business team anyway we can.
In the coming months, we will be working diligently to improve on all aspects of the BizXperience to live up to your expectations of a thriving bartering network.
