Since the COVID-19 crisis began, there has been a lot of talk about small businesses in America. While the US Small Business Administration counts companies with up to $35.5 million in sales and 1,500 employees as “small business”, outside of the government it is typically companies with $7 million in sales and fewer than 500 employees.
