Dear BizX Member,

We are seeing the impacts of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on our community in Washington. Specifically, on the businesses of those in the BizX community. The safety of our members and employees is our highest priority, and we are monitoring the situation. For now, all of our operations are currently running, however there may be some delays in certain areas. The situation is fluid, so we’ll continue to update you via our website and email should anything change. 

What BizX is Doing

  • First, we’re making sure our office is clean for our team and our members who come in. We have regular sterilization multiple times a day to ensure this. We also have hand sanitizer available to everyone who enters our offices.
  • Second, BizX is here as a resource for our members, and we will continue to be so during this time. If you’ve scheduled a meeting with us or would like to, we are available in person or teleconference. If you are noticing areas in your business that are being impacted, please contact your Account Manager or reach out to We have a community of experts and many cashless product options that can help offset some major expenses.
  • Please note, that we will be running with a skeleton crew in our Bellevue office. This may impact our availability, or our ability to complete your requests. Specifically, please note that some gift certificate orders could be delayed. Please call our office (1-800-939-2499), or email, before making the trip in to pick up your gift cards, to ensure we have everything ready when you arrive.

What You Can Do

  • Stay up to date. For more information on COVID-19, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.
  • Use Bizx as a cashless resource. In a time when you are looking to conserve cash, look to BizX. We are your alternative economy, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Send and request funds, shop our marketplace, order gift cards, fill out purchase request forms, or get additional help.
  • Use BizX to gain new business. As COVID-19 continues to impact businesses, you may experience a shift in flow of customers, use the BizX community and team to help get new business as well as fill holes with that new business.
  • Boost employee moral. As employees face uncertainty and ever-changing daily rhythms, employee moral can wane. Our perks program is an easy way to reward, recognize, or encourage employees. Plus, its digital and can be given & received anywhere, and anytime of day.
