What's going on at BizX?!
We have some exciting things going on within BizX, and we can't wait to share with you, our members! Changes that can help you control how members view your business and help drive your business within the BizX barter network—maximizing the benefits of the BizX barter platform.
We are living in unprecedented times, and small businesses are feeling the effects of COVID 19 in a major way. With all of the uncertainty we are facing during this time, we want to ensure that the experience our members receive at BizX is as seamless and fruitful as possible. Our people, our time, and our cash flow are more vital now than ever. That is why, during these past few months, BizX has been preparing and working on a number of upgrades to improve our member experience. The first upgrade we are releasing involves your Business Profile on my.bizx.com. Our goal is to make it abundantly clear what our members are making available to the BizX community, how members accept BizX, and how other members can reach them.
The next time you sign in to your BizX account, you will be prompted to edit your profile so that your business is accurately represented in a way that makes the most sense given the uncertainty we face. If you would like more business, GREAT! We will ensure you are visible to all of our members. If your business has not re-opened yet or you are unable to accept BizX at this time, we can reflect that as well and work with you on a plan to re-engage at your convenience.
Follow the simple steps below, and get your profile updated in less than a minute:
- Navigate to My Business Profile.
- Click “Edit”
- Select if you would like to be displayed in the BizX Directory.
- Select if your business accepts BizX.
- Select how you'd like other members to contact you.
- Click SAVE CHANGES
You’re DONE!
