BizX Open Sources its Proprietary HubSpot Backup Solution

News Story from PRWEB

October 14, 2015

BizX, the Washington-based financial technology company, today announced the public release of its proprietary backup & snapshot solution for HubSpot, the award-winning inbound marketing software platform.

The tool, named HubSpotSync, was engineered using HubSpot’s API and is being released on GitHub. The tool delivers much-needed control to HubSpot users, allowing them to decipher complex changes to their Hubspot environment. Users will now be able to save critical account information—including tasks, workflows, lists, and contacts—as JSON files, usable within the tool or outside of HubSpot. HubSpotSync also takes regular backups of data (“snapshots”) which can then be used to compare information over time.

The open-source release will permit companies to customize the tool to fit their needs. “We are on an audacious trajectory to become the leading voice for the needs of small business owners everywhere,” said Tom Frazier, BizX COO. “Hubspot is a great sales and marketing platform, but lacked the necessary assurance and governance tools. The release of our HubSpotSync tool is a clear sign of our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of today’s modern business owners.”

HubSpotSync is available for download beginning today at github.com/bizx.
