The BizX Holiday Expo brings business owners from around the Pacific Northwest together for an afternoon of networking, shopping, food, and fun. From 3-7 pm BizX members will come to shop, mingle, and connect with other business owners from the BizX community.

FAQ

01Will I need to staff my booth?

Yes, we recommend at least two staff members for your exhibitor booth to allow for breaks and to handle crowds.

02When will load in/out take place?

Both will take place on the day of the expo, Nov 14th. Exhibitors will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and bringing in hand trucks. Your booth will need to be set up by 2pm. Load out will begin at 7pm. Items may not be left overnight. An exhibitor packet with exact details will be given.

03How much does a booth cost?

A booth at the BizX Holiday Expo is valued at $500 but the fee is being waived this year as our gift to you.

04What will be provided?

A table and table drapes will be provided to each of the exhibitors. BizX will also provide exhibitors with one sign containing the company logo as provided by the exhibitor.

05What if I want Holiday Sales but don't want a booth?

We are happy to work with you to increase sales during the holiday season. We can do this in a variety of ways. Please reach out to your account manager or Help@BizX.com for help with this.
