Leslie Brazeal, President of Minuteman Press of North Seattle, initially heard about BizXchange from another Minuteman Press franchiser that was able to fill excess staff and equipment capacity with new BizX business. And since printing is an expense that nearly every business has, there is no shortage of new BizX customers to keep MMP of North Seattle busy. “The extra jobs from BizX have made better use of the staff and equipment, and saved us cash on business expenses like ink, car repairs and employee perks,” explains Brazeal.
One area of the business that Brazeal has been expanding is mail fulfillment services. Being part of BizXchange has not only helped them get new customers, expand their market share and build a reputation for this service, but it also helps other members save money. “BizX has brought us several clients who needed direct mail processing,” said Brazeal. “We have been able to save these clients up to 50 percent.”
Aside from business related expenses, Brazeal has also been able to use BizX to pay for remodeling for her home. “Priceless Granite has done very good work,” she said about having granite and tile installed, an investment that increased the value of her home.
Brazeal enjoys keeping her employees busy with new and additional business brought to them from BizXchange, and also likes being able to spend it on the wide variety of products and services that are available within the exchange.
