Sell the Asset
Once an asset is identified and a plan has been created, BizXchange purchases the asset at a mutually agreed upon value, which is usually in excess of fair market value. The company is given trade credits as payment, which represents the company’s ability to make future purchases, usually against budgeted cash expenses, from BizXchange.
The asset will then be sold through BizXchange’s private distribution channel consisting of thousands of retail barter members and affiliate companies worldwide, while making sure brand sensitivity and price integrity are not disrupted.
