Purchase Business Expenses
A client realizes the economic benefit of corporate trade when they make a purchase. Using the acquired trade credits, the client is able to purchase media and other business expenses that normally would have been purchased with cash. The company has now realized value on the underperforming asset by paying for budgeted cash expenses with trade credits, saving the cash which would have been spent if the asset has been liquidated through traditional means.
Examples of business purchases that can be made with trade credits include:
- Media
- Advertising
- Printing and Signage
- Travel and Entertainment
- Office Equipment and Furniture
- Construction Material
- Packaging
- Employee Incentives
The end result is that companies are able to get a maximum return on distressed, slow-moving, excess or perishable inventory and use the revenues to offset existing budgeted expenditures.
