"BizX is totally awesome."
Rico Smith had experience with organized barter through other trade exchanges in
the past, but after joining BizXchange he focused his barter income. "I want BizX business to be the only trade business I accept," Smith says. He is currently in the
process of phasing out his other trade relationships, with a goal of only accepting
BizX.
As a member of BizXchange, Smith is getting a new stream of customers that come
to Auto Buff before spending cash elsewhere on auto related expenses. "The BizX
Account Executives are always working to get me more business," says Smith. "But
members also come to me because they were referred by other BizX members."
With Smith's barter experience, along with Auto Buff's proven track record of satisfied
customers, his Account Executive enjoys working with him. "Sending other members
to Rico is never a problem," says Smith's Account Executive. "If someone
is new to BizX, he even takes the time to make sure they understand how bartering
works."
Although Smith invests much of his BizX revenue in business expenses like
advertising, IT support and employee incentives, he also uses it for personal expenses
such as dining out. "I love to dine out," Smith admits, "and new restaurants are
always opening up to accepting BizX."
Smith appreciates his BizX relationship because there are always people in the
network willing to help him out. He also enjoys the quality of other BizX members
and the fact that additional members are constantly joining. "I highly recommend
BizX," says Smith. As an advocate of trade, he tells other business owners that "BizX is
totally awesome."
