"Every bit of business that I get through BizX is business that I would not have gotten."

Ron Gallucci, owner of Gallucci's Catering, decided to join BizXchange at the recommendation of a friend. "I liked the idea because BizX screens their members," says Gallucci. "That way, whenever I deal with a BizX member, I almost always get the best possible service available."

One of the benefits that Gallucci gets from being a BizXchange member is an additional sales force that is out there actively getting him new business. "Zach (Gallucci's Account Manager) is one of my best salesmen," claims Gallucci. "He's out there getting me jobs and acting more like a salesman than an account manager." Gallucci also says that his account manager is the first person he calls whenever he has an unforeseen or emergency expense like a clogged drain at his office location.

Being in Tacoma, Gallucci's initial thought was that it would be challenging to find new business through BizX, but the opposite has proven to be true. "If you are trying to grow or expand… it's great," says Gallucci about getting new clients. "Every bit of business that I get through BizX is business that I would not have gotten."

And spending his new BizX income hasn't been a challenge either. Aside from covering business expenses like accounting, signage, embroidery and advertising, Gallucci has been able to offset a substantial portion of the costs associated with remodeling his home. By searching the Member Website, and using his Account Manager, he has hired BizX members to get a new furnace, plumbing, appliances and a concrete patio.

Gallucci almost always checks with BizX before writing a check for business expenses. And when there is a business that he would like to do business with that isn't a BizX member, he tells them "BizX is great, you'll get new clients." Or, "I tell BizX and they go sign them up," he says.
