Jonathan Schmidt of
Schmidt Productions originally learned about
BizXchange from another member, who
then gave their account manager a referral
and suggested that he be contacted. After
speaking with a BizX representative, he
decided that BizX would be a great way
to get more exposure for his business and
build up his portfolio. “When I was just
starting my business, BizX helped bring
in clients and income,” said Schmidt.
As a one person operation, Schmidt
is happy to have an advocate promoting
his services to other business owners.
“With BizX, you have a sales team that
is bringing you business and working for
their commission,” he says. “I get lots of
calls from people that say their Account
Manager gave them my number.”
Although Schmidt primarily uses
BizX for personal expenses that have
improved his quality of life, he has
found great opportunities to offset
cash costs that have been able to
grow his business. Aside from dining
out on a regular basis, he has used
BizX to pay for landscaping, real
estate services, Lasik eye surgery and
more. Currently, Schmidt is using
BizX to develop a website that will
expand his company’s offerings. “The
website I’m having done is a huge
deal,” Schmidt says. “There are a lot
of things that I wouldn’t be able to
afford without BizX.”
Scheduling BizX clients during
down time has helped Schmidt by
giving him an additional revenue
stream, while at the same time
providing him with spending
opportunities that he would not have
normally been able to do. “I can’t see
any reason why you wouldn’t do it,”
he says about being a member of the
BizXchange network.
