Member Services Team Member
Position Summary:
The position requires excellent communication skills, exceptional follow-up, and attention to detail, a proactive attitude and the ability to be an advocate for the company’s services, as well as the ability to work with a team in a fast paced sales-driven environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and email as part of a customer service team for over 800 members.
- Fulfill ticket requests from members to local events.
- Research accounting questions for members.
- Fulfill orders for items such as wine, food, coffee and other items with an order form.
- Run authorizations into our system.
- Onboard new members to ensure that they are engaged and trading immediately.
- Upload and file invoices, slips and applications to the proper files.
- Manage list of all customer complaints and follow up with appropriate broker for next step resolution.
- Handle member complaints with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3+ years experience working in an office setting
- Interest and passion for helping people and businesses
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and work quality
- Exceptional ability to track your work and follow up with members
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to handle conflict and turn a negative situation into a positive situation
- Excellent grammatical, oral and written communication skills
- Highly professional image and demeanor

Compensation
$28-30k + bonuses
